A cancellation made 7 days before the arrival date at info@bangkokcentrehotel.com, full amount (minus tax and bank charge) will refunded. 2.A cancellation made less than 7 days in advance, one night is charged. 3. A refund has to be requested within 30 days after the cancellation date. The fund is forfeit if a cancellation notice comes without a refund request or over 30 days.
